Forelum provides website design, presentation, page structure, content organization, and related production services. Each project is based on the selected package, accepted scope, project notes, and client-approved materials.
The client is responsible for accurate business information, legal claims, pricing, service details, licensing statements, testimonials, images, media rights, contact information, and final approvals.
Hosting, domains, email, analytics, maps, reviews, payment processors, booking tools, plugins, and other third-party services are controlled by their providers. Forelum can assist with setup or connection when included in scope, but does not control those outside services.
Forelum may create clean page structure, basic SEO-friendly organization, metadata, headings, and trust-focused content. These services do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls, leads, sales, or revenue.
After full payment clears, the client receives rights to the final approved website deliverables prepared for that project. Forelum retains ownership of internal systems, tools, workflows, preview methods, reusable frameworks, templates, drafts, unpaid work, and non-final concepts.
Forelum uses client-provided contact information to communicate about project intake, approvals, delivery, support, billing, and related service matters. Clients should avoid sending unnecessary private or sensitive information unless required for the project.
Forelum uses a simple cookie notice and limited first-party visitor insight tools to understand basic website activity, such as page views, referral source, device type, and whether visitors look at Business, Signature, Pricing, or Contact pages.
When accepted, Forelum may store an anonymous visitor ID and session ID in the browser. This helps measure interest and improve the site. Forelum does not use this starter setup for accounts, invasive tracking, fingerprinting, or selling visitor data.
Visitors may decline non-essential tracking from the cookie notice. Essential preference storage may still be used so the site can remember the cookie choice.
Project scope, payment timing, revision rounds, launch approval, delivery receipt, and signature documents are organized on the Contract page.
